GRAPES VARIETIES: Ribolla Gialla
Ribolla Gialla is an Italian white wine from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of northeast Italy and is also known as Rebula in Slovenia. The grape is thought to have originated in the Friuli Collio/Goriska Brda region.
Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with modern appetizers, finger food, light quiches, or fish mousse canapés. Perfect with grilled or boiled fish mains, fresh cheeses such as mozzarella and ricotta, and produce from the vegetable patch such as cherry tomatoes.
To be served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
Storage: In a cool place at 12-16 °C, protected from light, avoiding to keep it long time in refrigerator.
