GRAPES VARIETIES: Raboso Piave (Rabbioso)
Raboso once called ‘Rabbioso’ or ‘wine of the Piave river’ , is a red wine grape grown primarily in the eastern part of Veneto. It is also called Raboso Piave, from the name of a river near where it is grown.
Food pairing: Ideal pairing with elaborated meat dishes, game, seasoned cheese. To be served at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
Storage: To be kept in fresh places at a temperature of 12-16 °C, far from light, avoiding to store it long time in refrigerator.
