Description about the Prosecco DOC Frizzante SPAGO: Is a semi-sparkling white wine made from Glera grapes in the Treviso region of Italy.
SPAGO: The wine is made using a traditional, handmade closure process called the SPAGO, which is one of the oldest anchoring systems for wine bottle corks.
Food pairing: Extremely versatile, ideal for every moment throughout the day, as aperitif or to pair with everyday light meals. It matches well with risotto made with seasonal vegetables and dishes based on fish. To be served at temperature of 6 – 8 °C preferably in an ice bucket.
