Manzoni bianco or "Incrocio Manzoni", is a white variety which is a cross between the Riesling and Pinot blanc grapes.
Food pairing: It matches greatly vegetable dishes, risottos and fish dishes. To be served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
Storage: In a cool place at 12-16 °C, protected from light, avoiding to keep it long time in refrigerator.
