This wine was produced from different grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca from the best vineyards located in the Douro Superior (sub-region of Douro wine region), Mêda municipality, Portugal.

Food Pairing: Try with roasted kid goat; veal chops; stewed rabbit; heavier salt cod dishes made with potatoes, boiled eggs, cornbread, etc.; and Portuguese sheep’s milk cheese such as Castelo Branco.
Serving Temperature: 16-18°C (room temperature or slightly lower).

VISUAL: It has an intense red color.
AROMA: It has a combination of ripe red fruit, berries, black cherries with with wood notes.
PALATE: Elegant on the palate with a good acidity and velvety tannins resulting in a well-structured and harmonious wine.
