Garganega is a variety of white Italian wine grape widely grown in the Veneto region of North East Italy, particularly in the provinces of Verona.
This Special Signature white dry wine produced with an extra long maceration and a very slow fermentation on the grapes’ residue. This great white wine has a particularly great structure and freshness in the body.

VISUAL: Straw yellow color with slightly golden tones.
AROMA: the olfactory note starts with scents of peach, golden apple, banana and almond, followed by a scent of white flowers.
PALATE: Its acidity and fruitiness are very refined and well balanced. Though dry in character, it has a pleasant sweet aftertaste of the dried fruits.
