VISUAL: Deep red color
AROMA: Hints of chocolate, blackberry, and cherry, infused with spices, green pepper, leather, smoke tones, and nuts.
PALATE: Fruity, fresh, juicy, well-balanced, the aftertaste is very pleasant with tones of black cherries and almonds.
VINTAGE: 2016
FOOD PAIRING: Amarone pairs best with duck, lamb, venison, beef short ribs, liver , braised beef, hearty stews and rich pasta like beef stroganoff. The wine is ready for use immediately after opening the bottle, but for an optimal taste and an elegant flavor, it is advisable to oxygenate the wine for at least 30 minutes.
